    ADP is hiring a Compliance Analyst in the Payment Solutions business in Employee Financial Solutions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Subject matter expert guiding clients with interpreting pay statement compliance regulations and their application to various client scenarios

    + Advise the client technical resources regarding data requirements and formatting for various file type processing

    + Create and manage requests to internal development partners ensuring changes are properly vetted, tested and completed per documented development life cycle

    + Tier 2 support for internal and external clients on various Compliance Solutions applications for both pay statement and year-end processing

    + Collaborate with Field Operations to resolve production/fulfillment issues with physical pay statements and year-end forms

    + Provide front line support for year-end clients to ensure W-2 and related forms are processed and distributed timely

    + Assist client administrators and internal client facing personnel with employee online access issues to pay statement and/or year-end forms

    + Assist fellow Business Ops team members with various administrative/research projects as needed

    + Potential to work weekends and evening hours during peak year-end form processing season (mainly January) as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    + Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or Compliance

    + 2-3 Years of Directly Related Experience

    + Technical ability to understand client specifications, documents, and requirements to determine labor law changes and impact to ADP's business.

    + Some implementation / project coordination and project improvement experience required

    + Client management and client resolution experience required

    + Reporting Data (Excel & PowerPoint) presentations

    + Strong analytical skills

    + Ability to drive projects to completion

    + Independent, self-motivated and adaptable to constantly changing priorities

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Payroll and/or HR experience a plus

    + Implementation / Project Management highly desirable

    + Ability to make independent decisions and sound judgment calls.

    + Ability to work under pressure
