Kelly Services is looking for a first shift industrial maintenance technician for a direct hire opportunity at a manufacturing facility that makes industrial-size dishwashers in Danville, KY.

This is a first shift position with the hours being 6am to 2:30pm with some OT as needed.

It is a Direct Hire opportunity that pays up to $34/hr based on experience

What you’ll do

+ Keep production equipment running: **install, troubleshoot, and repair** mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Work on **motors, drives, control circuitspreventive maintenance** to reduce downtime.

+ Read basic prints/diagrams; use common measuring tools.

+ Log work in the CMMS; help order parts when needed.

+ Follow **LOTO** and all safety rules—every time.

Must-haves

+ **3+ years in manufacturing maintenance** (preferred **5+** ). **Manufacturing only** —not residential/commercial/farm.

+ Solid **electrical** skills (up to 480V/3-phase) and **welding** experience.

+ Comfortable with hand/power tools and meters.

+ Can manage your own workload and communicate clearly; strong safety mindset.

Nice-to-haves

+ **MotoMan robotics** experience.

+ **Journeyman** license.

+ Basic **PLC troubleshooting** (ladder logic).

Tools & PPE

+ **Tools:** **Not required** (we supply them).

+ **PPE:** **Steel-toe shoes required** — **$125 yearly allowance** provided. Additional PPE as needed.

Physical/work environment

+ Manufacturing floor; on your feet, walking concrete most of the day.

+ Lift/move up to **35 lbs** as needed.
