    If you are an experienced manufacturing professional with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Marshalltown, Iowa location, we are a leading manufacturer of large custom-designed control valves. In this important role, you will be responsible for coordinating processes related to nonconformances, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain production flow.

    In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

    + Process and document dispositions for nonconformances (NC) using Oracle and related tools.

    + Coordinate and obtain required approvals for Use As Is (UAI) requests and update records accordingly.

    + Maintain and update the MRB (Material Review Board) Status List in Microsoft Teams to ensure accurate visibility of open nonconformances.

    + Support MRB meetings by presenting NC items, gathering required information, and finalizing documentation.

    + Split work orders as needed in Oracle to isolate nonconforming items and issue new jobs for rework or replacement.

    + Partner with Value Streams, Engineers, and Planners to ensure timely resolution of NCs.

    + Ensure compliance with documented procedures (FMP20A3, FMP20A21, FMP20A22, etc.).

    + Communicate status updates clearly and effectively with stakeholders across departments.

    You are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a structured environment. You communicate effectively across teams, follow processes with precision, and take initiative to resolve issues. You adapt quickly to changing priorities, and your careful decision-making ensures production schedules stay on track.

    For This Role, You Will Need:

    + Associate degree/s in Business, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.

    + 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, scheduling, or quality-related roles.

    + Strong organizational and documentation skills.

    + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

    Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

    + Experience with Oracle or other ERP/MRP systems.

    + Familiarity with nonconformance management and MRB processes.

    + Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Just-in-Time practices, or Continuous Improvement methods.

    + 2–5 years of experience in a production support or process coordination role.
