Who we are looking for
Purpose
This position contributes to the company success by providing pricing and contracting support for Chiesi USA’s commercial and market access team (National Accounts, and Finance) for a diverse group of current and future AIR BU products. This role is pivotal for development and execution of contracting strategy and supporting accurate financials.
Main Responsibilities
+ Conduct financial modeling and risk analyses for contracts. Develop strategic recommendations based on pricing proposals for presentation to governance committees.
+ Analyze product reimbursement and utilization management criteria against contracting objectives and Develop account business case and analytics to support strategy
+ Support GtN forecasting assumption with channel mix forecast, pricing forecasts, etc.
+ Define and track metrics to measure effectiveness and reach of each channel.
+ Update and report strategy effectiveness vs expected results to senior management.
+ Manage end to end Contract Operations to ensure effective implementation of all contracting programs with customers including pricing terms and rebate payments.
+ Support competitive analysis and evaluate changing marketplace; crafting and presenting recommendations on channel strategies to senior management.
+ Flawlessly coordinate and execute pull through programs with field sales
+ Develop a strong customer mindset with a deep understanding of their business models and operating processes.
+ Leverage organizational resources to develop standardized tools for strategy evaluation, including development and implementation of channel strategy dashboards,
+ Foster team development through strategic staffing and growth opportunities, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Experience Required
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts administration, data analysis, and commercialization strategy.
+ Experience in pharmaceutical contracting or distribution services preferred with a understating of retail pharmaceutical market and stakeholders (PMS, Payers, etc. ) is preferred.
+ Experience in pharmaceutical sales, sales operations, finance, and/or other commercial/analytical functional areas a plus.
+ Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and multifunctional resources concurrently while maintaining high attention to detail while responding to rapidly changing priorities and aggressive deadlines
+ Strong financial acumen
+ Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead, interact with focus, and build consensus without authority
+ Demonstrated ability to drive business results
+ Self-directed with ability to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
+ Strong project management, analytical thinking, and financial modeling skills
+ Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and strategic relationship building
+ Entrepreneurial spirit, energy, personal drive, and motivation
+ Outstanding skills/proven track record in writing and modifying departmental SOPs
+ High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI is required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university
