The Healthcare Manager LPN for Personal Care provides clinical leadership to the Household ensuring that the abundant life philosophy of the organization is supported. The Healthcare Manager participates in planning, organizing, directing and facilitating the clinical operations of the Household to ensure regulatory compliance, nurtures a resident directed culture, and promotes individual and team learning in the Household.

Qualifications

Healthcare Manager LPN requirements:

+ Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and must possess a current Practical Nurse license (LPN); in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

+ Three to five years on the job experience as a nurse in long term care preferred

+ Must have demonstrated leadership qualities, supervisory skills, interpersonal relationship skills, and knowledge of federal and state regulations governing clinical care, nursing practice and personal care.

+ Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
