Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Toolmaker to join their team. As a Toolmaker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $70000 - $80000
Shift:
What's the Job?
+ Reads and understands blueprints and complicated schematics to create and build new fixtures, tools, and machine parts.
+ Uses tools and dies to build fixtures; creates dies as required to construct new fixtures.
+ Repairs dies, molds, and tools when needed; disassembles molds, jigs, tools, and fixtures, then reassembles when repaired.
+ Uses computer-aided design (CAD) software to create designs and/or turn designs into blueprints.
+ Inspects completed tools and dies for signs of imperfection or damage that may affect functionality.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of 5 years experience in a toolmaking or manufacturing environment preferred.
+ Proficiency with CAD/CAM software such as Pro E, Work NC, and Power Mill by Autodesk or related software.
+ Strong understanding of metallic properties, geometry, trigonometry, and algebra.
+ Ability to operate measuring and production equipment safely and accurately.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
