    Our client is seeking a Lab Tech-Micro to join their team. As a Lab Tech-Micro, you will be part of the Research & Development Analytical Laboratory supporting innovative product development and technical research initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Lab Tech-Micro

    **Location:** Ada, MI

    **Pay Range:** $22

    **Shift:** First shift (start time varies from 7:00-8:30 AM, end time from 3:30-5:00 PM)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide critical laboratory support for analytical testing and experimentation

    + Assist in product innovation, method development, and technical research across multiple platforms

    + Prepare media and reagents, and support sample preparation activities

    + Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organize supplies, and support calibration of instruments

    + Ensure proper documentation of laboratory activities and support data recording systems

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Laboratory experience gained through education or industry

    + Ability to follow SOPs and test methods accurately

    + Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset

    + Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
