Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Commercial Advisor to join their team. As a Commercial Advisor, you will be part of the site operations supporting procurement and business planning teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Commercial Advisor

Pay Range: 54.98/hr

What's the Job?

+ Serve as the primary commercial interface for the site, partnering with business teams to optimize planning and execution processes.

+ Review site business plans and identify commercial strategies to deliver incremental value.

+ Lead commercial activities including bids, negotiations, and settlements to support site objectives.

+ Train local business partners on key procurement activities and represent procurement at sustainability events.

+ Coordinate field walks with suppliers and mentor strategic buyers supporting the plant remotely.

What's Needed?

+ Experience in a plant or manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of business processes.

+ Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.

+ Ability to analyze and review business plans to identify commercial opportunities.

+ Proven ability to lead procurement activities and support supplier relationships.

+ Comfortable troubleshooting issues impacting site reliability and collaborating with back-office support.
