Our client, a dynamic organization in the hospitality sector, is seeking a Concessions Lead to join their team. As a Concessions Lead, you will be part of the Food Service Operations supporting the customer experience and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, organization, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Concessions Lead

**Location:** Marquette, MI

**Pay Range:** $17.71 per Hour

**Shift:** Weekends and evenings are a must. 32 - 40 hours a week.

What's the Job?

+ Lead the organization, preparation, production, and service of concessions events and retail dining operations.

+ Supervise service areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization.

+ Manage inventory, ordering, and storage organization using various kitchen equipment and tools.

+ Create and manage student schedules, task lists, checklists, and event outlines.

+ Deliver fast-paced food service while creating positive customer experiences.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 3 years of food service experience in high-volume retail or kitchen production settings.

+ High School Graduation or Equivalent.

+ Food Service Sanitation Certification (ServSafe or MI) or ability to obtain within six months.

+ Alcohol ServSafe or TIPS Certification or ability to obtain within six months.

+ Valid driver's license.
