    Our client, a leading organization in the education and facilities maintenance sector, is seeking a HVAC Technician to join their team. As a HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the university campus and associated facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** HVAC Technician

    **Location:** Bradenton, FL

    **Pay Range:** $20.46

    **Shift:** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide HVAC services on dormitory units, including installation, repair, and maintenance of systems and equipment

    + Identify repair and replacement needs for HVAC units, including rooftop and outside units

    + Assist other skilled trades to ensure smooth operations and maintenance

    + Ensure tools and materials are available at the job site for efficient workflow

    + Support campus facilities to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for students and staff

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    + Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

    + Availability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
