    Our client, a leader in data center infrastructure development, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the project execution team supporting large-scale data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Construction Project Manager

    **Location:** Redmond, WA

    **Pay Range:** $65-$72/hourly

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including timelines and resource requirements for data center construction projects.

    + Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.

    + Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to address potential issues proactively.

    + Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet expectations.

    + Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

    + 8+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and management, particularly in large-scale construction projects.

    + Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project management tools.

    + Strong understanding of project management principles, including Earned Value Management and Critical Path Methodology.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and present insights effectively.
