    Our client, a leading organization in document management and data processing, is seeking a dedicated Imaging Specialist to join their team. As an Imaging Specialist, you will be an integral part of the document processing department supporting the digitization and organization of vital records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Imaging Specialist

    **Location:** Madison, WI

     

    Pay Range: $17.50/hr

     

    Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Sort, prepare, and organize physical documents for scanning to ensure efficient digitization.

    + Operate high-quality scanners and document management software to convert paper documents into electronic records.

    + Analyze document content and manually enter data into electronic systems to facilitate easy retrieval and searchability.

    + Perform quality control checks on scanned documents, correcting errors and verifying completeness.

    + Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on scanning hardware and software to ensure smooth operations.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proficiency with scanning equipment and document management software such as Kofax, Ascent Capture, or OnBase.

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high-quality electronic archives.

    + Ability to navigate and utilize various computer programs efficiently.

    + Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures.

    + Manual dexterity for sorting, reassembling, and handling physical documents.
