Partnership & Compliance Manager
Job Description:
Develop and manage channel partnerships and programs including partner on-boarding and enablement, channel compliance, non-sales channel management and partner communications. Collaborate across the Sage organization in North America to ensure enablement tools and programs drive efficiency and effectiveness while enhancing partner experience and driving a positive impact on Sage partner revenue.
*This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite*
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Management, non-sales
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Partner and Developer renewals
• Partner Portal & Partner Central troubleshooting
• International/Global Account Management of NA products
• License assessment for customer consolidation and transfers
• Manage customer and partner satisfaction issues and suspected software license violations
Channel Compliance
• Monitor and enforce required certifications to maintain partner authorization
• Screen business information to meet Due Diligence standards
• Enforce Sage branding
• Enforce Sage licensing
New Partner, Developer & Certified Implementation Partner Sign-Up and On-boarding
• Work closely with Partner Recruiters and newly recruited partners to achieve partner activation within identified timeline
• Ensure enablement proceeds with velocity and hits all milestones agreed upon in the enablement program
Channel Communications
• NPS, close the loop communications with Partners via email and phone
• Acceptance and Welcome emails for new Partners
• Annual renewal notices via mail merge
• Due Diligence
• Compliance communications for partner programs
Requirements:
• Critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
• Creative problem solver
• Exceptional written and verbal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Enjoy building relationships with partners
• Or 5+ years of related experience
• Knowledgeable and skilled with SAP (Fusion) a plus
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
