    Our client, the Global Leader in Technology, seeking a detail-oriented and dependable **Hiring Request Coordinator** to support hiring operations through the administration of a proprietary web-based request tool. This role is critical to maintaining business continuity by processing personnel changes and supporting recruiting functions through Employee Central. You will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and a Business Program Manager to ensure seamless coordination of hiring activities.

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Manage recruitment and offer requests submitted through a web-based tool

    + Respond to inquiries sent to the team alias, providing prompt and accurate guidance

    + Process PCN (Position Control Number) assignments from Employee Central

    + Support cost center updates, manager changes, PCN creation and closures

    + Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requests and resolve requisition issues

    + Partner with recruiters to reissue requisitions and ensure accuracy in hiring data

    + Assist in the overall administration of the hiring request system

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + **Employee Central expertise:** 1–2 years of experience using SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) to manage personnel records, PCNs, or hiring workflows

    + Familiarity with hiring processes and internal systems (including iCIMS)

    + Demonstrated ability to interpret requests and identify underlying business needs

    + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail

    + Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain high accuracy

    + Team player with a proactive approach and strong organizational skills
