Our client, a leader in chemical and ingredients distribution, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Contact Validation Specialist. This role is essential in supporting sales operations through meticulous data management and validation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to research and data accuracy, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

**Job Title:** Contact Validation Specialist

**Location:** Reading, PA

Pay Range: $25/hr

Shift: Monday- Friday- 1st shift

What's the Job?

+ Review and validate contact information within Salesforce to ensure data accuracy.

+ Confirm current employment status and role alignment using LinkedIn & ZoomInfo.

+ Identify appropriate contacts based on provided title and role guidelines.

+ Update Salesforce records with verified and accurate information.

+ Support data quality initiatives to enhance sales operations efficiency.

What's Needed?

+ Previous experience in data entry, research, or administrative support is preferred.

+ Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo is a plus (training provided).

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.

+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
