Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Manager / Change Manager - TX or MO or NC - VMO to join their team. As a Project Manager / Change Manager - TX or MO or NC - VMO, you will be part of the Change Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
What's the Job?
+ Lead critical initiatives within the Global Operations Book of Work, ensuring successful delivery and compliance.
+ Develop detailed execution plans, proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
+ Facilitate collaboration across operations, technology, and key stakeholders to drive project execution.
+ Support change management efforts to promote adoption of new processes and reporting frameworks.
+ Act as an advisor to leadership, influencing program success and project performance through strategic insights.
What's Needed?
+ 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Planning, or related fields.
+ Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional change efforts with a strategic approach.
+ Strong executive-level communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly in high-stakes environments.
+ Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including navigating regulatory and organizational complexities.
+ Demonstrated expertise in change management, initiative design, and solution delivery.
