Overview:
Responsible for providing complex, highly specialized analytical, technical and operational support at the business or department level. Act as a project lead on multiple complex & highly visible projects. Support contingent worker program initiatives with keen focus on governance, risk management, performance reporting & issue monitoring
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Prepare department reports & charts containing Contingent Workforce program spend & headcount. Responsible for overall Contingent Workforce & corresponding reporting. Works with line of business to support their reporting needs. Contribute to Governance deck reporting. Perform and analyze industry research related to Contingent Workforce
+ Track & follow-up on outstanding Contingent Workforce approval, onboarding, offboarding, invoicing activity, SOW renewals, work order revisions, vendor process overview documents and user job aids
+ Assist with managing supplier relationships that makup a portfolio totaling >$30MM annually. Assist with the completion of due diligence reviews. Reinforce proper procedure surrounding Contingent Workforce policies, procedures, and processes, and implement solutions to issues.
+ Update, review, and analyze Contingent Workforce dashboards and report SLA performance
+ Analyze and approve statements of work. Act as Contingent labor SOW SME and point person.
+ Actively participate in Contingent Workforce application and procedural implementations, support, and improvements. Act as a main stakeholder and ensures that proper development and/or modifications occur as needed. Work with key stakeholders, Sponsorship Coalitions, Change Champions, and suppliers to ensure the appropriate access, training materials, and procedures are in place and maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
+ Create pre-implementation communications and training materials. Assist in coordinating and managing organizational change management plan.
+ Develop and execute test scripts
+ Arrange for post-implementation training and follow-up with end users. Coordinate resolution of issues or product enhancements resulting from implementation of application changes
+ Perform real-time validation that work is properly completed within the Contingent Workforce application and all other impacted applications
+ Work with Contingent Workforce suppliers and M&T Technical SMEs to triage and resolve production & technical issues impacting Contingent Workforce Buyers, Workers, and Suppliers
+ Facilitate annual Contingent Workforce Office Risk Assessments
+ Recommend and initiate new policies and procedures that improve the performance and effectiveness of the Department.
+ Perform contingent worker audits including, but not limited to, fingerprinting, global access, and global email activity
+ Create and maintain up to date procedures for Contingent Workforce Office program
+ Maintain relationships with vendors and professional organizations.
+ Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
+ Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
+ Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
+ Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year related experience or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years higher education and/or work experience.
Must have ability to multitask and to work on several projects at the same time
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical ability and creative problem solving
Ability to function as a project leader
Education and Experience Preferred:
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
Ability to work independently and function as a member of a project team. Detail oriented.
Highly skilled proficiency in the use of spreadsheet, database, graphing, presentation, and dept. specific software, with a working knowledge of financial models
Physical Requirements:
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $60,890.34 - $101,483.90 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
