Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of project delivery, from estimating and scheduling to budgeting, procurement, and execution. The ideal candidate will manage field operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to schedule. This role requires serving as the primary client liaison, fostering trust and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

+ Manage all phases of project delivery, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.

+ Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

+ Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering trust and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to develop competitive bids and value-engineered solutions.

+ Monitor project financials, change orders, and risk management strategies.

+ Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Skills

+ 15+ years of experience in commercial construction with a strong track record in project management.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

+ Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Procore, CMiC, Bluebeam).

+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ CSL certification heavily preferred.

+ Proven success managing healthcare, academic, life sciences, or cultural projects.

+ OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with LEED or sustainable building practices a plus.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $86.53 - $96.15/hr.
