    Job Title: Customer Service AdministratorJob Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high-quality administrative support.

    Responsibilities

    + Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.

    + Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.

    + Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

    + Process customer orders, applications, and requests, ensuring timely and accurate order entry into the system.

    + Coordinate with the logistics and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery of orders.

    + Investigate and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

    + Escalate issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.

    + Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

    + Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

    + Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

    + Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in customer service processes.

    + Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant departments to enhance products, services, and processes.

    + Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

    + Maintain customer data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    + Generate and analyze reports on customer service metrics and performance.

    Essential Skills

    + Excellent customer service capabilities.

    + Solid administrative skills.

    + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, Arizona.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
