    + **Pay:** $22-25.00/hr

    + **Shift/Hours: Onsite – Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm**

     

    The HR Operations and HRIS Support Associate provides essential administrative and technical support to the Human Resources team with a primary focus on maintaining accurate employee and non-employee data across HR systems. This role plays a key part in supporting HR operations, HRIS data integrity, compliance reporting, and total rewards initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Maintain employee data in SuccessFactors HRIS, including entering new hire information, updating open positions, and assisting with company-wide organization chart updates.

    + Support headcount tracking and reporting initiatives; assist with ad hoc HRIS reporting requests as needed.

    + Input, maintain, and update non-employee data (temps, independent contractors, vendors, and affiliates) in SAP, including processing new hires, changes, and terminations.

    + Partner with the Benefits Manager and HAEA team to ensure accuracy and consistency of non-employee data.

    + Conduct monthly and quarterly audits of non-employee data; document and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

    + Communicate professionally via email and phone with non-employees, managers, and vendors to resolve data or process-related inquiries.

    + Manage the Personal Privacy Request mailbox; process and track requests in compliance with the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

    + Assist with California pay transparency and labor contractor reporting requirements.

    + Provide administrative and data support to the Total Rewards team as assigned.

    + Perform additional HR operations tasks and special projects as directed.

    Required Qualifications:

    Education:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

    Experience:

    + 1–2 years of administrative experience, including at least 1 year in a Human Resources environment.

    + Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, SAP) strongly preferred.

    Skills & Competencies:

    + Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.

    + Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
