Work Style: Hybrid (30 WFH days/year + 9/80 schedule)

What You’ll Do
As a Staff Project Controls Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our project management operations—ensuring every initiative runs smoothly, stays on budget, and meets deadlines. You’ll work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Architect and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
+ Develop and maintain scheduling reports, cost forecasts, and cash flows across multiple projects
+ Lead project execution planning and logistics
+ Interface with project teams and accounting to monitor costs and contingencies
+ Approve purchase orders and track changes in cost reports
+ Support external audits and change order reviews
+ Create and analyze schedule reports using Primavera P6
+ Facilitate Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM)
+ Implement earned value management systems and progress curves
+ Conduct field audits and forensic analysis to validate reporting accuracy
What You Bring

Essential Skills:
+ Project controls, cost analysis, and scheduling (Primavera P6 preferred)
+ Document and inventory control
+ Quality assurance and construction coordination
+ Strong data entry and project management capabilities
Qualifications:
+ Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 3+ years of direct project controls experience
+ Ability to obtain OSHA-10 certification
+ Must be located in or willing to relocate to Lexington, KY

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.75 - $52.50/hr.
