    Case Management Supervisor

     

    Salary: $60K–$70K annually + Comprehensive Benefits

     

    Are you passionate about helping individuals and families rebuild their lives after addiction? As Case Management Supervisor, you’ll provide confidential guidance, education, and support to clients, families, and the community—promoting healthy choices and sustainable recovery.

     

    Working under the Director of Clinical Services and alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team, you’ll ensure each client transitions to the most appropriate level of post-treatment care. You’ll coordinate with external providers and community resources—such as physicians, therapists, legal aids, educators, and EAP representatives—to help clients re-enter society and re-engage in their daily lives. From securing housing and employment to arranging ongoing outpatient treatment, you’ll be a vital part of their recovery journey.

    What You Bring:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health-related field (preferred)

    + Certified Recovery Specialist or Certified Family Recovery Specialist (preferred)

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in substance abuse treatment

    + Computer proficiency and healthcare experience (preferred)
