Adecco is currently assisting a leading client in the search for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator based in Tampa, FL 33607. This is a hybrid opportunity offering a competitive pay rate of $24/hour.
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic finance team supporting operations across the U.S., Canada, and manufacturing plants. This role offers autonomy in managing high-volume transactions and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities
+ Independently process accounts payable transactions using 3-way matching.
+ Ensure timely and accurate payment processing via SAP FUSION, Wise, or Canada platform.
+ Champion compliance with L’Oréal’s policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve parked and blocked invoices.
+ Respond to internal and external inquiries, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues.
+ Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance shared services operations.
+ Participate in special projects aligned with L’Oréal’s business goals and shared services initiatives.
Qualifications
+ 2–4 years of accounts payable experience required.
+ High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
+ Proven ability to process 75–100 invoices daily.
+ Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience highly preferred.
+ Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and monthly close cycles.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
+ Experience with document imaging systems such as ReadSoft preferred.
+ Background in the consumer products industry is a plus.
**Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
