Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to serve as the critical link between our operations manager and warehouse associates. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing a team of 15 associates, and coordinating activities involving 5 trucks.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
+ Coordinate with the operations manager and warehouse associates to ensure smooth workflow.
+ Supervise a team of 15 warehouse associates and manage 5 trucks.
+ Ensure efficient shipping and receiving processes.
+ Maintain accurate inventory control using RF scanners and other tools.
+ Handle material management and logistics effectively.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience in warehouse management.
+ Proficiency in warehouse management and logistics.
+ Experience supervising a team of 10+ employees.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills.
+ Expertise in inventory control, shipping and receiving, and material handling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with forklift operations.
+ Ability to thrive in a competitive and evolving work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Houston,TX.
