Material Handler – Entry Level

**Work Environment:** On-site, warehouse wing of a manufacturing facility

**Pay Range:** $20.00 – $22.50/hour

**Shift :** Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm

**Interview Process:** Phone screen followed by onsite interview

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Material Handler** to join a dynamic warehouse team. You’ll start in the receiving department and be cross-trained across various warehouse functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment supporting manufacturing operations.

sKey Responsibilities:

+ Unload 75–150 boxes daily as part of a team

+ De-box items, store into totes, and accurately log into inventory system

+ Process material kits for manufacturing, engineering, and repair operations

+ Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders

+ Deliver materials to appropriate departments to support production timelines

+ Assist with daily shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness

+ Handle return materials (RMA) efficiently to meet customer and inventory needs

+ Perform inventory cycle counts and support physical inventory audits

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse and production areas

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly

+ Strong computer skills and experience with RF scanners

+ Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central preferred), Outlook, and Teams

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to work independently and follow verbal/written instructions

+ Basic English communication skills

Preferred Skills:

+ Experience in inventory control, material handling, or shipping/receiving

+ Prior warehouse or packaging line experience

+ Exposure to electronics manufacturing is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
