Production Associate- Night Shift

Nampa, ID

Shifts available include:

+ B&D Shift (Every Other Tuesday; Wed-Friday 6pm- 6am)- $17.60/hr

+ On 12/7- the schedule will change to the following:

+ B: Sunday- Tuesday, Every Other Wednesday 6pm- 6am

+ D: Every Other Wednesday, Thursday- Saturday 6pm- 6am

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. We welcome candidates with previous electronic manufacturing experience or entry level!

Responsibilities

+ Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.

+ Handle routine assignments with detailed instructions and close supervision.

+ Lift and assemble items weighing no more than 10-15 lbs.

+ Meet production standards and goals by assembling designated number of pieces.

+ Support improvement initiatives and participate actively to enhance work environment.

+ Adapt to changes in work plans, priorities, and management decisions.

+ Monitor own work to ensure quality standards are met and eliminate waste.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.

+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

+ Good oral and written communication skills.

+ Attention to detail and ability to learn new tasks frequently.

Work Environment

Our manufacturing environment offers suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. Overtime may be required at the end of shifts. Candidates can choose to sit or stand during their 10-hour shifts, although standing will be necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
