**Pay:** $25-28+/hr + Full benefits and OT

Job Overview

Join a high-end fabrication shop that specializes in custom-built tanks and pressure vessels for international clients in the pharmaceutical and food industries. This company is known for its precision craftsmanship and in-house fabrication capabilities.

As a **_Welder_** , you will contribute directly to the production of sanitary-grade stainless steel components, working alongside skilled tradesmen on custom projects that demand attention to detail and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

+ **_Perform MIG welding on stainless steel_** , including structural components

+ Pass a 3/8 inch stainless steel weld test involving corner joints and butt joints

+ Weld, fabricate, and assemble systems, pressure vessels, vacuum chambers, and other stainless components for food and pharmaceutical grade applications

+ Work independently or collaboratively with the fabrication team

Essential Skills

+ 3–5+ years of experience with MIG welding on stainless steel

+ **_Ability to pass a 3/8 inch butt joint and corner joint weld test_**

+ Experience with stainless steel and food-grade welds

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with TIG and flux core welding

+ Ability to build, assemble, and polish stainless steel components

+ Familiarity with fabrication processes and shop tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
