We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic and growing team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our company’s financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

     

    + Process invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding and approvals.

    + Manage vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies and building positive relationships.

    + Prepare electronic payments and perform weekly check runs.

    + Reconcile accounts payable transactions to maintain financial accuracy.

    + Assist in month-end close processes, helping the team meet critical deadlines.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline AP processes and ensure compliance.

    Requirements

    + Experience: 1-3 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience is preferred.

    + Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field a plus, but equivalent experience will be considered.

    + Skills: Strong organizational abilities, communication skills, and proficiency in AP systems/software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite.

    + Traits: Self-starter with a knack for problem-solving, team collaboration, and managing multiple tasks with a smile.
