    Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a dynamic, hands-on production team? We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with tools, building things, and learning new skills. As a Fabrication Associate & Assembler, you'll play a key role in creating high-quality units while gaining experience across multiple areas of our shop.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Assembly & Fabrication

    + Build and assemble unit components using hand tools and basic machinery.

    + Operate fabrication equipment to shape and form sheet metal.

    + Get cross-trained in multiple production areas to expand your skillset.

    • Quality Control

    + Inspect finished units and components for defects or inconsistencies.

    + Help maintain our high standards by reporting any quality concerns.

    • Material Handling

    + Organize and manage materials needed for unit production.

    + Track usage and ensure everything is ready for smooth operations.

    • Documentation & Reporting

    + Maintain detailed records of production output and material consumption.

    + Log any errors or issues and communicate them to supervisors.

    • Maintenance & Safety

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

    + Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance.

    + Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself and your team.

    • Team Support

    + Pitch in wherever needed—this is a collaborative environment.

    + Take on other duties as assigned to support production goals.

     

    What You Bring

    Skills & Experience

    + Hands-on experience in production, assembly, or construction

    + Familiarity with mechanical work, electrical wiring, and power tools

    + Strong work ethic and reliability in industrial settings

    + Willingness to learn and cross-train in different areas

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
