    Description

    An established and thriving business in South Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity. This role will focus on managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), performing reconciliations, and handling QuickBooks entries to ensure accurate and efficient recordkeeping processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee AP and AR activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

    + Perform account reconciliations with precision and attention to detail.

    + Enter and maintain accurate financial data in QuickBooks software.

    + Stay organized and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping.

    + Proficiency in AP/AR practices, reconciliations, and QuickBooks is required.

    + Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

    + Ability to independently prioritize and complete tasks effectively.
