    Bilingual Production Supervisor

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Production Supervisor to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our Assembly and Dispatch Area. This role requires a committed individual who will manage daily operations, maintain effective training programs, and ensure all team members are adequately supported.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure year-round coverage of all positions in the Assembly and Dispatch Area, especially during employee leave periods.

    + Implement and maintain up-to-date training programs for all Assembly and Dispatch Team members through the management team.

    + Complete and submit all necessary reports required by senior management on time, including daily PI totals, shortage reports, rejects/scrap reports, and supervisor and manager check sheets.

    + Provide a weekly update as the team's direct manager.

    + Oversee daily operations to completion, including necessary overtime (approximately 10-16 hours per week).

    + Proven production, supervision, assembly, and safety skills.

    + Strong production management and continuous improvement capabilities.

    + Excellent management and operational skills.

    + Career-focused with a high priority on team and personal career goals.

    + Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.

    + Problem-solving skills with an ability to identify improvement opportunities.

    + Self-motivated with effective team and individual management skills.

    + Working knowledge of OSHA Health & Safety regulations.

    + Strong planning and organizational skills.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $68000.00/yr.

     

    A full time position, with amazing earning potential with health, dental and vision, 10 days PTO, paid sick days, plus 6 federal holidays, 2 full paid weeks off during Christmas season and fully paid training.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Wilkes Barre,PA.
