Job Title: Battery Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Battery Technician with hands-on experience in battery modules, PCBAs, and high-voltage wire bonding. The ideal candidate will have expertise in battery cell assembly, testing, and troubleshooting, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining work instructions and documentation.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble, test, and troubleshoot battery cells and modules from start to finish.
+ Develop and maintain detailed work instructions and documentation.
+ Support process development and quality assurance initiatives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for battery pack integration.
Essential Skills
+ Hands-on experience with battery modules and PCBAs.
+ Proficiency in high-voltage wire bonding.
+ Expertise in battery cell assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Certification.
+ Knowledge of IPC-620 and NASA-STD-8739 standards.
+ Familiarity with ITAR compliance.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
