Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - 1st & 2nd Shift / $31-$36
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on the 1st or 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining buildings, grounds, production equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimum efficiency and safety in all operations.
Responsibilities
+ Make timely repairs on equipment, machinery, buildings, and grounds.
+ Perform intermediate electrical repairs.
+ Conduct basic, intermediate, and advanced mechanical repairs and adjustments to minimize equipment and facility downtime.
+ Lead maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
+ Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
+ Process maintenance work orders and maintain required maintenance logs and files.
+ Control and maintain an inventory of parts, supplies, tools, and tooling.
+ Assist the production team with troubleshooting, machine setup, and training.
+ Assist in the installation of new equipment and facility improvements.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with machinery repair, plant electrical, and mechanical systems.
+ Strong electronic experience.
+ Ability to work inside or outside at all heights on buildings and equipment.
+ Competence in pulling engines from cranes or forklifts and troubleshooting electrical problems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $36.00/hr.
