Associate Director of Operations

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead operational excellence in a dynamic environment serving individuals, families, and institutional clients. As Associate Director of Operations, you’ll manage a talented client service team, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across investment operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and mentor a team of four Client Service professionals, ensuring high-quality client support.

+ Coordinate with multiple custodians and external data providers to maintain operational integrity.

+ Allocate team resources across multiple advisor locations and prioritize requests effectively.

+ Oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual transactions and processes with accuracy and timeliness.

+ Partner with senior leadership to refine and implement processes for client onboarding, maintenance, CRM workflows, and investment reconciliation.

+ Collaborate with the Reporting team to deliver timely and accurate client data.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree required.

+ 7+ years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment.

+ Strong knowledge of custodial platforms (Schwab and Fidelity preferred).

+ Proven success managing high-performing teams.

+ Experience with performance reporting and CRM/workflow systems (Addepar and Salesforce a plus).

+ Familiarity with private fund investing (hedge funds, private equity, real estate).
