Electrificationand Automation (EA)

in Wendell, NC, the Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit offers

through all sales channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of
today while investing into our Future Grids portfolio to create the power
distribution grid of the future.
**We are looking for a Senior Commercial Project Manager. This position will be based in Wendell, North Carolina.** ***** Remote work flexibility may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
MainResponsibilities:
Responsible
for the completion of all project commercial/financial related matters,
including but not limited to handling Accounting, Legal, Tax, New Collaboration
Model (NCM) and Export Compliance and Control (ECC) topics. CPM ensures the
compliance of applicable regulations during the offer and project execution
phase. The CPM supports the respective Project Manager in other areas with the
objective of executing the project according to the defined PM @ Siemens
guidelines/standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial
Reporting Guidelines (FRG). A professional collaboration between the CPM and
the Project Manager is key for the overall project success.
As a Sr.
CPM, expectations are that the CPM already has C CPM@Siemens certification and
a proven track record of successful large POC (Percent-of-Completion) project
execution.
Responsibilities
Manage theproject throughout the project Life Cycle
+ Drivesown empowerment with adequate signature authorization and project targetagreement to manage the project as commercial project entrepreneur –primary projects to be worked categorized as C and ‘small’
+ Supports the PM in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due to professional care (e.g. project gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments)
+ Ensuresan adequate handover phase, analyzes customers’ requirements, examinestheir commercial and contractual feasibility and transferability, incl.ECC matters
+ Drivesthe review and evaluation of the contract conditions incl. allattachments, ensures examination by Legal
+ Supportsthe PM and ensures correct methodology for identifying, evaluating,assessing risks & opportunities, strategies and response activities
ManageProject Finances
+ Ensuresthe accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall projectbooks and records, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g.SAP
+ Performsapplicable requirements for month end activities
+ Preparescommercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensuresthe accuracy of the commercial project data (i.e. FC, cash flow)
+ Ensurescompliance with Siemens FRG and local GAAP requirements
+ Ensuresthe application and the continuously managing of financial Guarantees,Bonds and project securities
+ Supportsthe PM in identifying, minimizing non-conformance costs and establishingan appropriate reporting structure; supports the implementation of lessonslearned into own project and the organization in general
+ Managethe risks, contract and claims by ensuring compliance with LoA guidelinesfor commercial aspects, e.g. risk management process
+ Managethe compliance to standards, rules and regulations of (commercial) projectmembers to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines andestablishes a culture of trust and integrity (e.g. adherence of taxregulations, Signature rights, segregation of duties, ECC, EHS), OR, Legaland Compliance, HR (incl. Delegation process), ECC, Customs, externalauditors, etc.
+ Managesthe customer's requirements and expectations with the PM.
+ Abilityto work a large number of midsize projects and prioritize.
+ Abilityto interpret and execute contract (customer and supplier) terms andconditions.

Basic qualifications:
+ BS/BAin related discipline or advanced degree (Finance, Accounting, SupplyChain Management)
+ SAPexperience and knowledge
+ SiemensC-CPM Certification- * Must be a current or former Siemens/Siemens affiliate employee to have this certification
+ 3-5years of CPM experience
+ 10%travel
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

+ Demonstratesand applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization throughsuccessful completion of assignments.
+ Demonstratesknowledge of organization's business practices and issues.
+ Demonstrates skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
+ Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines is required
+ Self-motivated withcustomer orientation and clear growth and entrepreneurial mind-set

position is $89,670 - $153,720 plus incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or
higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills,
qualifications, and premium geographic location.
