    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Field Support Center Specialist (FSCS) to provide technical support to service partners via phone, email, and other communication channels. The FSCS will communicate technical details regarding equipment, accessories, consumables, and spare parts to support customers, internal staff, and business partners. This role serves as the link for all service needs from the sales organization and customer care team.

     

    Expected Volume: Approximately 40 calls per day.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + Address complaints and resolve problems promptly, ensuring professional service delivery.

    + Respond to calls and emails professionally and in a timely manner using standard systems and processes.

    + Document call information per standard operating procedures.

    + Research required information using available resources.

    + Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.

    + Follow up on customer calls when necessary.

    + Provide product and service information to customers and colleagues.

    + Enter/update customer information in CRM system.

    + Identify and escalate priority issues.

    + Route calls to appropriate resources.

    + Provide after-hours hotline support if needed.

    Requirements:

    Must Haves:

    + 1+ year of hands-on technician experience with wiring or electronics (e.g., car technician, HVAC, telecom roles).

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Basic computer proficiency.

    Preferred:

    + Degree in electrical wiring or engineering (entry-level candidates with degree considered).

    Soft Skills:

    + Strong communication skills.

    + Team player.

    + Detail-oriented.

    Work Environment:

    + Onsite Monday–Friday (5 days/week).

    + Flexible 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

    + Potential for 1–2 remote days after training.

    + Team size: 4.

    Additional Information:

    + Candidates with electrical repair

    + Experience wiring equipment (cars, HVAC, military service) or telecom industry is a plus.

    + Not an IT or engineering design role.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
