• Brand Representative

    Aston Carter (New York, NY)


    Join a global lifestyle brand as a Brand Representative in a retail environment.

     

    This role begins in a pop-up store in collaboration with a local artist and transitions into a permanent storefront.

     

    You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and representing the brand’s image.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending suitable products

    + Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits

    + Maintain current knowledge of promotions, policies, and product details

    + Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system

    + Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and products are well-organized

    + Support inventory tasks including unpacking deliveries and monitoring stock levels

    + Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally

    + Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals

    + Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom

    + Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops

    + Follow company policies including loss prevention and security procedures

    + Present a professional appearance that aligns with the brand

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience

    + Familiarity with POS systems

    + Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    + Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Willingness to work shifts, including weekends

    Work Environment

    + Store hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + Weekend availability required

    + Part-time schedule: 20–40 hours per week

    + Initial phase: 2-month pop-up store

    + Long-term opportunity: Transition to permanent storefront

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
