This is a high visibility role where you will get to support Global Services and be involved in interactions with senior stakeholders!
As a Business Analytics Senior Associate in the Global Services Team, you will enhance planning, efficiency, service, and controls within Commercial & Investment Banking. You will work closely with senior executives to drive continuous improvements and deliver impactful insights.
Job responsibilities:
+ Define, develop, monitor, and report key managements metrics around the health of a global operations program
+ Manage a complex analytics book of work, leveraging rigorous project management discipline
+ Partner with senior leaders in advancing their business analytics agenda to deliver in areas around operational efficiency, cost modeling, capacity planning, quality enhancements, etc.
+ Define, design, and manage high priority strategic initiatives with senior level visibility in the areas above
+ Develop a deep understanding of the technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
+ Collaborate and build strong partnerships with technology, application owners and data management teams to align on a roadmap for continual improvement (e.g. advanced analytics, cloud adoption etc.)
+ Explore datasets to uncover trends, outliers, and relationships. Utilize interactive visualizations to allow stakeholders to explore the data, drill down into details, and discover insights on their own
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ 4+ years of work experience within Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Research and/or Management Consulting roles.
+ Advanced quantitative and problem-solving skills
+ Knowledge and experience with various analytical and business intelligence tools
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership ability
+ Project experience involving the use of data to solve complex business problems, leveraging toolsets such as: SQL, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Python, R and Alteryx
+ Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems (AWS Redshift, PostgreSQL, etc.)
+ Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field
