Northrop Grumman is seeking Network Engineer Intern for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Space sector in Colorado Springs, CO.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Missile Defense Systems Business group.
Roles and Responsibilities
This position is for a summer intern to support the Network and Enterprise Services Product Teams in Colorado Springs, CO. The selected candidate will be given tasks appropriate for their level and will work with mentors to develop their skills as needed.
Basic Qualifications
A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
+ Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2026
+ Be majoring in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
+ Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during **summer 2026.**
+ Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
+ Hands on experience with creating, loading, or troubleshooting network configurations8570 IAT II compliant certification
Intern Pay Range:
Bachelor’s: $18.75 to $34.50 per hour
Master’s: $27.00 to $42.50 per hour
At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.
