    HR Systems Analyst

    How You'll Create Possibilities

    + Assist the Sr. HRIS Manager in the configuration and testing of the Workday tenant

    + Monitor future releases for future enhancements

    + Maintain and audit user security.

    + Possess a passion for data integrity, accuracy and attention to detail

    + Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday reporting

    + Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation and escalation management, and monitor reoccurring issues

    + Create template reports, dashboards, scorecards, etc.

    + Identify and implement process improvements

    + Stay informed of current system requirements and releases

    What You'll Bring to Our Team

    + High school diploma or GED

    + 3+ Years experience with Workday HCM

    + Knowledge of Workday data model, security, and reporting.

    + Experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and v-look ups

    + Flexibility and being an early adopter of change are a must

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    + Demonstrated analytical ability

    + Outstanding organization and accuracy skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field

    + Experience working with both union and non-union manufacturing employees

    + Functional knowledge of Workday modules

    + Functional knowledge of Workday Security and Business processes

    + Completed Workday training in related areas
