Job Description
The **Implementation Consultant** plays a critical role in post-sales service delivery, ensuring the successful configuration and adoption of Eptura’s software solutions. This role involves managing multiple small to medium-scale projects independently and contributing to larger, cross-functional initiatives. Success in this position requires strong domain expertise, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to drive projects to completion on time and within budget. The ultimate objective is to promote customer success and retention through effective onboarding and solution adoption
Responsibilities
+ **Project Portfolio Management:** Manage multiple complex implementation projects concurrently ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
+ **Client Relationship Ownership:** Serve as the primary point of contact following customer contract approval, fostering trust and accountability.
+ **Onboarding Leadership:** Conduct project kick-off meetings to outline onboarding processes, timelines, and expectations.
+ **Data Integration Oversight:** Lead the integration of customer data into the software platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
+ **Strategic Planning & Execution:** Develop, deliver, and execute comprehensive project plans tailored to client needs and timelines.
+ **Proactive Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve project issues proactively to maintain momentum and avoid delays.
+ **Customer Enablement & Training:** Educate customers on best practices for data collection and workflow integration.
+ **Data Validation & Preparation:** Validate and format customer-provided data for system import.
+ **Exceptional Customer Support:** Provide high-quality, responsive, and professional support throughout the onboarding period.
+ **Industry-Specific Adaptability:** Understand and adapt to the unique needs of customers across various industries (e.g., healthcare, retail, hospitality, manufacturing).
+ **Feedback Loop for Innovation:** Capture and report customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhance user experience.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support teams to provide documentation and implementation support.
+ **Customer-Centric Project Management:** Take a proactive approach to project management, ensuring customer progress and long-term engagement.
About You
+ **3+ years of experience supporting SaaS software** – Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth implementations and customer satisfaction.
