Description and Requirements

We areseekinga talented and experienced **Product Offering Manager** to lead the operational enablement and lifecycle management of our **Hybrid Cloud and AI offerings** . This role is pivotal in ensuring offerings are market-ready, correctly priced, and seamlessly orderable, while supporting the offering development process and post-launch activities.

K** **ey Responsibilities

Lifecycle Management

+ Support thesunsetting processforofferings

+ Ensure product configuration rules areaccurate, including dependencies and prerequisites

Operational Enablement

+ Guarantee end-to-end orderability by ensuringroles,processes,and tools are in place

+ Providedbusiness requirements fortools and processesto ensure that offerings can be priced accurately

Offering Development Support

+ Activelyparticipatein the Offering Development Team (ODT) during the concord processto ensure operational requirements for offerings are met.

+ Provide ongoing support to offering managers throughout development and post-launch phases

Cross-functional Collaboration

+ Partner withoffering management, pricing,marketing,andenablement teamsto ensure smoothoffering launches

+ Serve as a key liaison between offering management andoperationsfunctions

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

+ 8+ years of experiencein product operations, offering management, or lifecycle enablement, preferably in Hybrid Cloud and AI Technologies

Preferred Qualifications

+ Strong understandingofproduct configuration, and orderability processes

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

+ Ability towork onmultipleprojects simultaneouslyand drive performance in a dynamic environment

+ Strong communicationskills.

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $145,000-188,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com
