    Job Summary

    The Lead Developer role requires a highly skilled professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Co-pilot. This hybrid position involves working on cutting-edge projects enhancing digital collaboration tools and driving innovation. The candidate will contribute to the company's mission by developing solutions that improve productivity and communication.

    Qualifications

    Microsoft Co-pilot:

    • Shape enterprise-wide AI transformation by combining low-code/no-code tools with advanced AI orchestration using Azure AI Studio, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI tools. Foundry, and OpenAI.

    • Familiar with Python programming language.

    • Experience of using open-source frameworks like pytorch, langchain etc

    • Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, e.g. finetune, distillation, semantic search, embeddings, retrieval-augmented-generation, MCP, A2A

    • Leverage AI Tools Creatively: Use platforms like flows, n8n, Make.com, LangChain, Python, and more to ship intelligent, scalable automations.

    • Explore and test new AI capabilities and translate them into valuable use cases for the business.

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $98,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
