Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex with a strong background in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can design and implement innovative solutions to enhance our healthcare services. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel required.
Responsibilities
+ Design and implement scalable solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex to enhance customer interactions and service delivery.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions within the Medicare and Medicaid Claims domain.
+ Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
+ Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system architecture and design decisions.
+ Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure successful project execution.
+ Oversee the implementation of best practices in system design and architecture to ensure high performance and reliability.
+ Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
+ Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
+ Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
+ Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems to enhance overall efficiency.
+ Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
+ Possess strong expertise in Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex with a proven track record of successful implementations.
+ Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
+ Have strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
+ Show a commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
+ Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges in system design and implementation.
