Job Title: School Aide – Support Students & Make a Daily Impact!

About the Role:

Whether you're assisting with classroom activities, providing 1:1 support, or helping students with special needs, your role will be essential in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support

- Provide 1:1 or small group assistance to students

- Support students with behavioral, academic, or physical needs

- Help maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment

- Collaborate with school staff and supervisors to ensure student success

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)

- Experience working with children or in school settings (preferred)

- CNA or RBT certification is a plus (training available)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Reliable transportation to assigned school sites
