Job Overview
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Innovation & Sales Operations, this role is critical for supporting an evolution of how Tech & Enterprise Enablement will leverage data driven methodologies focused on outcomes for incremental sales, measurement of KPIs and implementation of go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The Director works with a diverse array of IQVIA stakeholders to drive a transformational change in our business, and ensure we make and exceed our commercial commitments. A successful candidate will:
+ Understand functional strategy, markets, and goals; and translate those into proactive plans to enable successful achievement of business results.
+ Critical attributes of this role are acutely focused on driving financial modeling, commercial viability assessments, and operational support for the GMs and heads of Business Development in Tech & Enterprise Enablement on deal/proposal construction and pricing and pipeline management.
+ Drive and lead the effective implementation of operational initiatives, such as next-generation customer mapping and relationship management, customer satisfaction programs, and capability / sales infrastructure projects.
+ Supports opportunity pursuits, using our analytical tools to understand and synthesize frequent reports on various cycles, reporting progress and highlighting potential risks on opportunities.
+ Proactively work to remove issues hindering the implementation of operational initiatives ensuring coordination between operations teams. They will also be responsible for coordinating operations activities with other functions including service, consulting, business lines and sales, as appropriate.
The Director must have a strong knowledge of how AI & tech innovations are transforming the core commercial functions within Biopharma across Market Access, Sales, Marketing and Data & Analytics. You will actively contribute to initiatives throughout the business making recommendations, highlighting how local issues should be addressed. As needed, you will provide analytical support and executive reports for management teams on key potential issues and trend analysis.

Qualifications
This individual is passionate about the Life Sciences space, specifically in strategic planning, trial budgeting and financial management and trial execution, and has proven experience in translating customer requirements and market trends into compelling, winning solutions. This individual must also have proven experience in driving product release cycles, including working with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions on time.
+ Bachelor's Degree Req Master's Degree Pref
+ In depth and long standing relationships with IQVIA commercial stakeholders, client companies or technology providers/partners, especially at a senior level.
+ 8+ years of deep expertise in the Life Sciences across multiple practice areas.
+ Experience leading cross functional and geographically spread teams in delivering commercial technology services projects of significant size and scope.
+ Proven business development skills.
+ Has broad knowledge of the industry.
+ In-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and IQVIA core offerings.
+ Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
+ Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.
+ Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to functional area.
+ Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace and professional/trade associations key people and companies.
+ Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning and change management skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
+ Values people’s opinions and encourages knowledge sharing.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $108,900.00 - $303,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
