What You’ll Do
+ Lead with Purpose: Guide and support a compassionate team of behavioral health professionals – including RNs, Mental Health Technicians, and HUCs.
+ Grow and Develop Nurses: Mentor and inspire nurses who are passionate about psychiatric and behavioral health care.
+ Drive Clinical Excellence: Oversee care delivery, safety initiatives, and quality improvement programs.
+ Shape the Future: Influence processes, programs, and team culture to enhance outcomes and patient experiences.
+ Collaborate Across the System: Partner with departments throughout Logan Health to promote a unified, person-centered approach to care.
What We’re Looking For
+ Current Montana or compact RN license
+ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
+ Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience
+ Two (2) years of recent experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, or critical care settings
+ Strong communication, critical thinking, and mentorship skills
+ A collaborative, patient-first mindset and genuine passion for developing others

Located in Kalispell, Montana, Logan Health Behavioral Health (formerly Pathways Treatment Center) provides acute inpatient services for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. Our 40-bed facility is supported by a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, licensed therapists, psychiatric nurses, and mental health technicians — all working together to transform lives.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
