    About the Role

    We represent clients in a variety of complex legal matters, providing strategic guidance and exceptional service at every stage. We’re looking for an attorney who’s confident in the courtroom, skilled in negotiation, and committed to delivering a high-quality client experience.

    Job Duties

    + Manage and lead cases from intake through resolution

    + Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

    + Represent clients in court, mediation, and negotiations

    + Collaborate with experienced paralegals and staff to keep matters moving efficiently

    + Communicate clearly, strategically, and consistently with clients

    + Maintain accurate time entries and billing records

    Requirements

    + Licensed to practice law in Utah (required)

    + 2+ years of litigation or related legal experience

    + Strong knowledge of Utah court procedures and applicable laws

    + Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills

    + Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized

    + Comfortable with legal technology (Clio experience preferred)

    + Dedicated to client service and maintaining professional integrity
