• Senior SDET Engineer

    CTG (Reston, VA)


    CTG is seeking to fill a Senior SDET Engineer position for our client in Reston, VA.

     

    **Duration:** 4 months

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead end-to-end testing across integrated systems for major initiatives.

    + Design and manage test data using Test Data Management frameworks.

    + Develop and maintain automated test suites with Karate, Selenium (Java), Rest Assured, and Postman.

    + Expand automation coverage and support CI/CD pipelines in Agile environments.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and AWS cloud services for testing and validation.

    + Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers.

    Requirements:

    + 15+ years in software testing and automation, including Multifamily technology initiatives.

    + Prior experience at Fannie Mae required.

    + Hands-on experience with Karate, Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman, and AWS.

    + Strong understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and test automation best practices.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred:

    + Performance testing, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
