CTG is seeking to fill a Cloud Application Specialist position for our client in Houston, TX.
**Duration:** 12 months
Duties:
+ Deliver AT&T service and On-Demand solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
+ Manage order processing, order fallout resolution, and related AT&T-specific service applications.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues promptly.
+ Collaborate with clients and internal technical teams to resolve escalations and service disruptions.
+ Utilize scripting and database tools for workflow analysis and issue resolution.
Skills:
+ Shell scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, SQL Developer, SOAP, and JavaScript.
+ Familiarity with Amdocs tools, including AFF.
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
Experience:
+ 10+ years in AT&T service delivery and On-Demand services.
+ Hands-on experience with AT&T service delivery applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
+ Proven ability to manage escalations and ensure service continuity.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
